Torq Cisek Arrested Yet Again for Weapons Violations and More
As part of the ongoing investigation into this scumbag, Torq Cisek has been arrested yet again.
This time he has been arrested Weapons Violations (Felon with a Gun) and Forgery.
On top, there are now three separate restraining & injunction orders of protection against him, including from someone underage.
